Williams
Marie Williams is a former reporter for Long Island News Tonight. She is a very talented writer and currently creating her first screenplay. Marie is very passionate about telling a good story and creating possibility for others they may not have seen before. An avid reader her motto is "Imagination is everything!" As a Writer and Associate Producer for ANB, Marie is responsible for story development and daily production of the show.
Marie is experienced in interviewing, writing and research of story ideas. Her most recent assignment was associate producer of a children's news show called
Whatz Up News, which was aired on Manhattan Public Network. She has a M. A. in Broadcast Journalism from the New York Institute of Technology, and a B. A. in Journalism from SUNY at Old Westbury.
Marie is dedicated to live in a world of equality and opportunity for all people. She sees her work on ANB as her contribution to creating that reality.
